Hi! I’m Emily and I’m a Michigan native who resides in VA near Washington, DC with my husband and a fluffy Samoyed named Betty White. I love being by the water (from growing up near two beautiful beaches in Michigan) and I also enjoy decorating, planning events, and baking. I’m a technical writer by day, but on weekends I enjoy spending time with my hubby, walking our dog, or hunting for bargains. I’m a nautical nut. If I see anything with an anchor, whale, or pineapple, I’m in heaven.
